Lion's Pride is currently full for the 2025/2026 school year. Lion’s Pride is a full day Toddler/Preschool and Pre K program. We offer care for children 18 months old up to children eligible to enter Chelmsford Public School Kindergarten. When he is not at school or teaching, Aaron likes to watch tv, play video games, hang out with friends, hike, travel, and crochet. As a group exercise instructor, he believes that everyone should try a group exercise class and that one class will not be enough.The atmosphere, community, instructor, and attitude will make all the difference. When he is not at school or teaching, Aaron likes to watch tv, play video games, hang out with friends, hike, travel, and crochet. As a group exercise instructor, he believes that everyone should try a group exercise class and that one class will not be enough.The atmosphere, community, instructor, and attitude will make all the difference. In this fun and creative class, young artists will explore the power of color, emotion, and self-expression while learning foundational painting techniques. Through guided projects and open-ended exploration, students will use brushes, sponges, and even fingers to create expressive works of art that reflect their feelings, ideas, and dreams.We'll be exploring different mediums like acrylics, water colors, paint pens and more. Each student will learn how to mix and balance spices used in traditional dishes from the countries of Nigeria, Congo, and Liberia. Beginners Class:This fun, 4-week drawing course will help the beginning artist take their stick figures to a new level. Foundation principles will be taught so that by the end of this course, students will have the confidence they need to draw what inspires them. Topics Include: drawing tools, lines & Form, Values, Composition, Contours, Ellipses and Perspective.Intermediate Class:The intermediate class builds on what you learned in the beginners class. It is designed to take the intermediate student to the next phase in their artistic development. Leave those drawing insecurities outside the studio door through a series of drawing exercises. Please have a sketch book, graphite pencil kit, pencil sharpener, ruler and kneaded eraser available to you prior to the start of class.Instructor: Deb Arsenault

Kidding Around Yoga - Kidding Around Yoga Session 2
This welcoming practice introduces children to yoga teaching flexibility and strength as well as self-soothing breathing techniques. Practicing yoga poses encourages children to clear their mind and focus, building self-confidence and coordination while teaching respect for self and others. This focus translates to the ability to act and behave mindfully and with compassion, to be brave, to know happiness and to find an inner peace. In class the children will dance, march, jog, shake, skip, and limbo while practicing traditional yoga poses.Please bring a yoga mat, optional blocks and yoga strap as well as an optional journal and writing utensil.About Our Instructor: Jane LynchJane is a 200 hour certified yoga instructor who has been teaching yoga for just over 4 years. Her belief is that yoga is a personal journey for each one of us, and it should be easily accessible to every "body". Beginners Class:This fun, 4-week drawing course will help the beginning artist take their stick figures to a new level. Foundation principles will be taught so that by the end of this course, students will have the confidence they need to draw what inspires them. Topics Include: drawing tools, lines & Form, Values, Composition, Contours, Ellipses and Perspective.Intermediate Class:The intermediate class builds on what you learned in the beginners class. It is designed to take the intermediate student to the next phase in their artistic development. Leave those drawing insecurities outside the studio door through a series of drawing exercises. Move with intention and breathe with purpose in this creative, dynamic Vinyasa Flow class. Designed for all experience levels, this invigorating practice links breath and movement through thoughtfully sequenced postures that promote flexibility, build strength, and cultivate balance—both physically and mentally. Each session begins with grounding breathwork and gradually builds heat through flowing sequences, encouraging students to move in sync with their own rhythm. Expect a full-body experience that energizes, restores, and deepens your connection to self. Whether you're new to yoga or an experienced practitioner, this class offers the space to challenge yourself, reset your focus, and find your personal state of flow. All levels welcome. Yoga blocks & strap are optionalAbout Our Instructor: Courtney FineCourtney, is a mom of three girls, a six time Boston Marathoner, running coach, RYT 200 yoga instructor, certified Chopra Meditation Instructor, and Reiki trained. She is passionate about sharing her love of fitness and mindfulness with others. With an in-depth knowledge of running, yoga, and meditation, she also has Master’s in Special Education, allowing her to connect with a wide audience of runners, yogis and children. Courtney finds time daily to spend on her mat in order to create space in her head and focus on her mind/body connection. Today’s world is a very busy one, often leaving us feeling overwhelmed, overworked, and not focusing on our own needs. Courtney’s classes will teach you the importance of self-care, while leaving you feeling deeply stretched and with increased strength both mentally and physically. She fosters a community feeling to her classes where everyone has a place and will feel safe and supported. Whether you are new to yoga/meditation or a seasoned practitioner, you will leave Courtney’s classes feeling supported and with something new to practice or think about both on and off the mat.

Get Moving With Zumba/Zumba Toning Classes NEW - Zumba Toning Session 2

Each class combines cardio, muscle conditioning, balance and flexibility. You will leave each session with boosted energy! Zumba Toning is a high-energy fitness program that combines dance with strength training. It uses light hand weights and controlled movements to target specific muscle groups while dancing to upbeat music. Aaron started his career in 2018 as a paraprofessional at South Row Elementary, and continues to work there in the afternoon as part of the Extended Day Care team. For the past 4 years, he has worked at the Marshall Middle School in Billerica as a school counselor. Aaron has been a licensed Zumba instructor since 2018 and has taught at Community Education since 2019. Since then he also became a Zumba Toning, Zumba Kids, Strong Nation (HIIT), RYT 200 yoga, and Pound Fit Instructor. When he is not at school or teaching, Aaron likes to watch tv, play video games, hang out with friends, hike, travel, and crochet. As a group exercise instructor, he believes that everyone should try a group exercise class and that one class will not be enough.The atmosphere, community, instructor, and attitude will make all the difference. Then, working as a team, they’ll slice, dice, peel, measure,and cook until they’ve prepared the finished dish. Class closes with an opportunity totaste the result of their hard work. Kidding Around Yoga - Kidding Around Yoga Session 2
This welcoming practice introduces children to yoga teaching flexibility and strength as well as self-soothing breathing techniques. Practicing yoga poses encourages children to clear their mind and focus, building self-confidence and coordination while teaching respect for self and others. This focus translates to the ability to act and behave mindfully and with compassion, to be brave, to know happiness and to find an inner peace. In class the children will dance, march, jog, shake, skip, and limbo while practicing traditional yoga poses.Please bring a yoga mat, optional blocks and yoga strap as well as an optional journal and writing utensil.About Our Instructor: Jane LynchJane is a 200 hour certified yoga instructor who has been teaching yoga for just over 4 years. Her belief is that yoga is a personal journey for each one of us, and it should be easily accessible to every "body". Jane's personal favorite discipline is slow flow yoga where you can integrate your mind,, body, and breath during these practices. Painting for Kids: Color and Expression - Painting for Kids: Color and Expression (K-1)
Let your child's imagination come to life through paint! In this fun and creative class, young artists will explore the power of color, emotion, and self-expression while learning foundational painting techniques. Through guided projects and open-ended exploration, students will use brushes, sponges, and even fingers to create expressive works of art that reflect their feelings, ideas, and dreams.We'll be exploring different mediums like acrylics, water colors, paint pens and more. There is a $25 supply fee will be paid to the instructor at the beginning of class for all of the supplies needed.Remember to add yourself to the waitlist if this class fills. Jalix has held her own interactive solo shows over the years to give viewers a chance to explore themselves through art. Zumba Toning is a high-energy fitness program that combines dance with strength training. It uses light hand weights and controlled movements to target specific muscle groups while dancing to upbeat music. Aaron started his career in 2018 as a paraprofessional at South Row Elementary, and continues to work there in the afternoon as part of the Extended Day Care team. For the past 4 years, he has worked at the Marshall Middle School in Billerica as a school counselor. Aaron has been a licensed Zumba instructor since 2018 and has taught at Community Education since 2019. Since then he also became a Zumba Toning, Zumba Kids, Strong Nation (HIIT), RYT 200 yoga, and Pound Fit Instructor. When he is not at school or teaching, Aaron likes to watch tv, play video games, hang out with friends, hike, travel, and crochet. As a group exercise instructor, he believes that everyone should try a group exercise class and that one class will not be enough.The atmosphere, community, instructor, and attitude will make all the difference. So keep trying new classes until you find the right fit! His goal is to make sure you are moving and having fun! Remember there are no mistakes; we only have accidental solos! Beginning & Intermediate Drawing for Adults - Intermediate Drawing for Adults
Beginners Class:This fun, 4-week drawing course will help the beginning artist take their stick figures to a new level. Foundation principles will be taught so that by the end of this course, students will have the confidence they need to draw what inspires them. Topics Include: drawing tools, lines & Form, Values, Composition, Contours, Ellipses and Perspective.Intermediate Class:The intermediate class builds on what you learned in the beginners class. It is designed to take the intermediate student to the next phase in their artistic development. Leave those drawing insecurities outside the studio door through a series of drawing exercises. Please have a sketch book, graphite pencil kit, pencil sharpener, ruler and kneaded eraser available to you prior to the start of class.Instructor: Deb Arsenault
