Aaron has been a licensed Zumba instructor since 2018 and has taught at Community Education since 2019. Since then he also became a Zumba Toning, Zumba Kids, Strong Nation (HIIT), RYT 200 yoga, and Pound Fit Instructor. His goal is to make sure you are moving and having fun! Remember there are no mistakes; we only have accidental solos!  Group exercise is not only great for the body, but also for the mind and soul.

Slow down, breathe deeply, and reconnect with your body in this calming, restorative yoga class. Designed to reduce stress and promote a deep sense of well-being, this gentle practice guides students through a mindful sequence of poses that emphasize breath awareness, body alignment, and intentional movement. Each session begins with grounding breath work, followed by slow, accessible postures that gently open the body, and concludes with an extended savasana—allowing time for complete rest and integration. This class is ideal for all levels and especially beneficial for those seeking stress relief, increased mindfulness, and inner calm.  Feel free to bring your own blocks and/or bolster to add to your comfort and support as you practice the yoga poses Perfect for: All experience levelsPlease bring a yoga mat and water bottle to class. On a mission to redefine kid food; Kids’ Test Kitchen is a fun and engaging, hands-on cooking class for kids! With enthusiastic facilitation, we get eaters of all ages and abilities, cooking, tasting, and thinking about healthy ingredients!Kids’ Test Kitchen presents kids the opportunity to explore new or familiar foods in their raw, unmanipulated state. Then, working as a team, they’ll slice, dice, peel, measure, and cook until they’ve prepared the finished dish. Class closes with an opportunity to taste the result of their hard work. Students receive a printed recipe card and the focal ingredient - or a sample of the finished dish - so they can show off what they learned!Even the most reluctant eaters enjoy Kids’ Test Kitchen, where participation is encouraged, and the choice to taste is always one’s own.Lessons are planned to celebrate seasonal produce, whole grains, and legumes. Yes – join us again! We gathered talented individuals to facilitate Kids’ Test Kitchen classes and have added to our client list. Currently, Kids’ Test Kitchen is building a reputation in more than 65 schools and recreation departments.

Create your own one-of-a-kind wire tree sculpture! Join artist and sculptor Ryan Kelley for a hands-on, two-hour class where you'll learn to craft a unique wire tree in the style of your choice, rooted on a rock you bring. Ryan will guide you through techniques for shaping, twisting, and designing your tree, whether it’s windswept, weeping, or whimsical. All tools and wire provided, just please bring one rock about the size of an adult fist.  No experience necessary, just your creativity! Leave with a finished piece of art and a new skill in wire sculpture! In this class, we’ll turn the season’s best produce into delicious dishes, starting with a hearty soup of local greens, new potatoes, and fresh herbs. Next, we’ll bake a French asparagus tart, followed by an Italian-inspired spinach and pea dish in a creamy salmon sauce. To finish, we’ll enjoy a classic strawberry rhubarb crisp, the perfect taste of spring! NOTE:  This class is a high-demand class.  If spaces are full, remember to add yourself to the waitlist.  If there is enough interest, a second class will be opened up.Instructor:  Diane MantecaAbout Our Instructor:Diane has been a professional chef for 35 years, working in high end gourmet establishments as well as catering companies.  She owned the Brickyard Cafe in Cambridge for 7 years which was an eclectic and popular restaurant tucked away in the Fresh Pond area.  Diane has co-authored a Zone cookbook on healthy eating and worked as a food consultant with recipe development for a major corporation.  She has been a culinary teacher at Assabet Regional Vocational School and Brookline High School and has participated in many charitable events including Dana Farber:  Cooking for a Cure.  She has been a personal chef with clients in the Boston area, and continues her passion of teaching culinary classes.  Diane also has a successful Utube channel called Diane's World Kitchen and loves making cooking videos to share with all.

Instructor: Martha CoravosAbout Our Instructor:Martha Coravos was a teacher for many years until she decided to follow a long-time passion and was accepted to law school at age 34.  Martha's law career saw her as a courtroom clerk and a prosecutor for a great majority of her career.  She was also an adjunct professor at Middlesex Community College and Southern New Hampshire University.  After retiring in 2017, Martha put her energy into her interests including music, cribbage, and traditional Greek cooking.  She is excited to share these skills with the community!
