Each session begins with grounding breathwork, followed by slow, accessible postures that gently open the body, and concludes with an extended savasana—allowing time for complete rest and integration. This class is ideal for all levels and especially beneficial for those seeking stress relief, increased mindfulness, and inner calm.

Please bring a yoga mat and water bottle to class. Yoga blocks are optional but helpful to new students. Students of all levels are welcome.

About our Instructor: Peggy Traumuller is CEO of Gym Time, LLC and is a certified yoga instructor (RYT 200) and offers both adult and youth yoga classes. Her mission as a yoga instructor is to create a safe environment and an atmosphere of inclusiveness, peace, serenity, mindfulness, gratitude, positive affirmation and self care to help uplift and heal the mind, body and spirit of students of any age through the practice of yoga.
Session 2 Instructor: Jane Lynch
About our Instructor: Jane is a 200 hour certified yoga instructor who has been teaching yoga for just over 4 years. Her belief is that yoga is a personal journey for each one of us, and it should be easily accessible to every "body". Jane's personal favorite discipline is slow flow yoga where you can integrate your mind,, body, and breath during these practices. The mind-body connection helps to reduce anxiety, emotional tension, and mood swings. it has also been scientifically proven to decrease blood pressure.
