February Vacation

Registration will open Monday 1/27 at 10:00am and will end  1/31. There are no cancellations or refunds after January 31st. Vacation days are $54 per day. Spots will be limited for these days. 

Childcare will be held at the CommEd Building at 170 Dalton Road, Chelmsford MA 01824. We will be open from 7:00am-6:00pm.

During Vacation/the Full PD Day, we will be rotating through stations in groups by age. Inside will be the option for games and activities to play, along with our Art projects. We will be outside enjoying the playground weather permitting, or we will use the Gym if needed playing our favorite gym games. Please see daily themes below for lists of activities and special visitors! 

If your child has an Epi Pen or an Inhaler that they bring to Extended Day, it is the family's responsibility to transfer the medication from their Extended Day site, or home, to the CommEd Building. Your child must have their medication in order to attend.

Please send your child with a lunch from home. Morning and afternoon snack will be provided. 

February Vacation Themes:

Tuesday 2/18 Snowman Day
Do you want to build a snowman? We will be playing inside and outside (weather permitting) with snow!  It is a great day to chill out at CommEd.  Make sure you send your snow gear to have some winter fun!

Wednesday 2/19 Science and Discovery Day
Today we will be inspired by our special guest the science heroes with a fun interactive show, and spend time creating our very own experiments.

Thursday 2/20 Medieval Day
Join the royal court as we celebrate Medieval times.  There will be kings, queens, and a few jesters today. Help us slay the dragon and have a great time!

Friday 2/21 Safari Day
Lions, and elephants and zebras? - OH MY!  Today we will go on an imaginary safari and have a chance to create our own rain stick and sand art.
