Charcuterie: Creating Your Own Cheese Boards

This program is currently unavailable. Click here to view all of our current programs.

Charcuterie Board Basics
Charcuterie (pronounced "shahr-ku-tuh-ree") is the art of preparing and assembling cured meats and other meat products. But, many people use the term charcuterie to refer to an assortment of meats that are paired with different accompaniments, such as toast, fruit, cheese, and sauces.  Almost every new American restaurant is putting charcuterie on menus because of the artisanal qualities, the vibrant amount of colors and items you can put onto a board.  Come try one or all five of our upcoming classes!

Supply kit of materials and platter included for all participants to make and take home their own platter

As many of you may have heard, a decision was made at the February 17, 2022 school committee meeting with regard to the use of masks in Chelmsford Public School buildings.

The Chelmsford Public Schools have accepted guidance that will no longer require masks as of Monday, February 28, 2022. We will support an individual's choice to wear a mask and will promote a culture of acceptance and respect in the school community for an individual's need (or choice) to continue to mask.

To help us keep our community safe, please remember that if you are experiencing any symptoms of Covid19, please review the latest guidelines from the CDC to assure you are safe to attend. If you have tested positive for Covid19, a mask MUST be worn in any school building on days 6-10 from the date of a positive test result.

If you have any questions, contact the Commed office and we will be happy to assist you. We can be reached at 978-251-5151 or via email at commed@chelmsford.k12.ma.us
