Hello! My name is Jarka Salvo, and I’m originally from the Czech Republic, a place I’m proud to call home. Cooking has always been a big part of my life. Growing up in Czech, it was how we connected as a family. Today, I carry on that tradition with friends, loved ones, and now, with you! I return to the Czech Republic each year, and the moments I treasure most are spent in the kitchen, cooking with my family. I'm so excited to share a few of my favorite Czech recipes and give you a taste of the comfort and joy that Czech cooking brings. I hope you enjoy every bite!
