Join Chef Diane, who will be teaching you how to be the BBQ master this Summer! Learn to make an authentic North Carolina Dry Rub and BBQ Sauce with Baby Back Ribs. A Sweet Potato Salad, along with Southern BBQ Beans will be the perfect sides. Finish this all of with the famous “Nilla” Vanilla Pudding that is served with a feast like this!  Instructor:  Diane MantecaNOTE:  This class is a high-demand class.  If spaces are full, remember to add yourself to the waitlist.  If there is enough interest, a second class will be opened up.About Our Instructor:Diane has been a professional chef for 35 years, working in high end gourmet establishments as well as catering companies.  She owned the Brickyard Cafe in Cambridge for 7 years which was an eclectic and popular restaurant tucked away in the Fresh Pond area.  Diane has co-authored a Zone cookbook on healthy eating and worked as a food consultant with recipe development for a major corporation.  She has been a culinary teacher at Assabet Regional Vocational School and Brookline High School and has participated in many charitable events including Dana Farber:  Cooking for a Cure.  She has been a personal chef with clients in the Boston area, and continues her passion of teaching culinary classes.  Diane also has a successful Utube channel called Diane's World Kitchen and loves making cooking videos to share with all.

Fill your kitchen with the delicious aromas of breakfast buns and cakes.  In this class, you will learn how to make pillowy cinnamon rolls that stay fresh and soft long after they are out of the oven, along with a versatile base coffee cake that can be adapted to many flavor profiles - you will cover raspberry cream cheese, glazed espresso, and traditional cinnamon crumb.NOTE:  This class is a high-demand class.  If spaces are full, remember to add yourself to the waitlist.  If there is enough interest, a second class will be opened up.Instructor:  Lisa ParcellaAbout Our Instructor:Lisa Parcella is a married mother of three from Westford.  An avid home cook, Lisa developed her love of cooking and baking from a very young age alongside her mother and grandmother and has completed coursework at the Cambridge School of Culinary Arts.  Though her day job is far outside of the kitchen, she enjoys cooking and baking and entertaining with family and friends on nights and weekends.  A former adjunct faculty member at Middlesex Community College, Lisa's curriculum focus in her baking courses is aimed at making delicious and beautiful food that is easy to learn and repeat at home with great results.  Lisa loves inspiring other home cooks and bakers to be fearless in the kitchen and have a lot of fun learning new recipes and techniques.
