6:30 PM - 7:30 PM    Strength Training with the Traveling Trainer - Strength Training Summer (6:30pm) NEW!
The Travelling Trainer is partnering with Chelmsford Community Education to bring strength training to you. This class will help you focus on increasing your strength while working your functional muscles. Be ready to deadlift, squat, lunge, row, overhead press, plank and work intense cardio in this HIIT(High Intensity Interval Training) style class.  The Traveling Trainer will provide a limited variety of dumbbells/kettle bells from 10-50 lbs. Come ready to lift heavy! Traveling Trainer coaches are highly qualified to work with a multitude of restrictions and injuries, so all are welcome!Instructor: Dave Marchand, The Traveling TrainerDave, founder of The Traveling Trainer has been in the personal training field since 2014.  A former Baseball pitcher, Wrestler, Bodybuilder, and Rugby player for UMASS Lowell, his most impactful knowledge was learned through working within the physical therapy realm as a physical therapy aid, helping patients recover from surgery, become stronger, and move better.  Dave believes that strength training is more than just building muscle.  It is about progressing motor function, balance, coordination, and healthy lifestyle practices.Dave holds many certifications, including, Certified Personal Trainer, Certified Exercise Specialist, Strength and Conditioning Specialist, Functional Movement Specialist, Precision Nutrition Coach, and Personal Trainer Level 1.
