The customized strength training classes are tailored to the goals and need of each individual.  In addition to strength training, you will receive mobility and stretching guidance, personalized coaching, and nutritional insights.Instructor: Dave Marchand, The Traveling TrainerDave, founder of The Traveling Trainer has been in the personal training field since 2014.  A former Baseball pitcher, Wrestler, Bodybuilder, and Rugby player for UMASS Lowell, his most impactful knowledge was learned through working within the physical therapy realm as a physical therapy aid, helping patients recover from surgery, become stronger, and move better.  Dave believes that strength training is more than just building muscle.  It is about progressing motor function, balance, coordination, and healthy lifestyle practices.Dave holds many certifications, including, Certified Personal Trainer, Certified Exercise Specialist, Strength and Conditioning Specialist, Functional Movement Specialist, Precision Nutrition Coach, and Personal Trainer Level 1.
