Line dancing is a fun way to get moving, boost coordination, relieve stress, and put a smile on your face. In this lively class, each new and classic line dance is broken down, demonstrated, and practiced, all at a pace that’s easy to follow. No partner or prior experience is needed, and you’ll leave each session energized and ready for more!Instructor: Deborah HilseDeb has been dancing for over 20 years and has been in many performance dance groups over the years.  She has been teaching dance in the Merrimack Valley area for over 10 years and loves teaching new dancers and introducing them to the world of social dancing for both the physical and social benefits.
 
7:15 PM - 8:15 PM    Ballroom Basics Dance Class - Ballroom Basics Dance
Discover the joys of ballroom dance in these beginner classes that will give you the basics to practice and learn the techniques of waltz, rumba and swing, or Foxtrot, Cha-Cha, and Hustle.  No dance experience is required.  Classes will be taught to both individuals and partners.Please be sure to wear comfortable clothes and shoes that you are able to move in.Instructor: Deborah HilseAbout our Instructor: Deb has been dancing for over 20 years and has been in many performance dance groups over the years.  She has been teaching dance in the Merrimack Valley area for over 10 years and loves teaching new dancers and introducing them to the world of social dancing for both the physical and social benefits.
