Zumba is an amazing dance fitness class that mixes Latin rhythms with low and high intensity moves for a calorie burning dance fitness party to tone the entire body.  Each class combines cardio, muscle conditioning, balance and flexibility.  You will leave each session with boosted energy!   Sneakers and comfortable clothing, bring a towel and water.POUND workout classes combine cardio, Pilates, isometric movements and plyometrics with constant simulated drumming – all to loud, high-intensity music. On a mission to redefine kid food; Kids’ Test Kitchen is a fun and engaging, hands-oncooking class for kids! With enthusiastic facilitation, we get eaters of all ages andabilities, cooking, tasting, and thinking about healthy ingredients!Kids’ Test Kitchen presents kids the opportunity to explore new or familiar foods in theirraw, unmanipulated state. Then, working as a team, they’ll slice, dice, peel, measure,and cook until they’ve prepared the finished dish. Class closes with an opportunity totaste the result of their hard work. Students receive a printed recipe card and the focalingredient - or a sample of the finished dish - so they can show off what they learned!Even the most reluctant eaters enjoy Kids’ Test Kitchen, where participation isencouraged, and the choice to taste is always one’s own.Lessons are planned to celebrate seasonal produce, whole grains, and legumes.Yes – join us again! Each series of classes offers fresh new recipes to prepare andexplore!Kids have food allergies, but they shouldn’t miss out on the fun. We know allergies andcan work around them, making sure that everyone is having fun and staying safe.*Families who have students with allergies or other necessary dietary modifications willbe required to complete our diet modification form before the first class.Instructor: Kid's Test KitchenAbout Our Instructor:Kids Test Kitchen was born in the Spring of 2013. Operating under a different name, we started with a class or two through the Reading Public Schools, and then Lynnfield Community Schools. The response was surprisingly positive. Kids were eating new foods, parents were psyched, and session hosts wanted more! Early in 2016, we formed an LLC and updated the name to Kids’ Test Kitchen. We gathered talented individuals to facilitate Kids’ Test Kitchen classes and have added to our client list. Currently, Kids’ Test Kitchen is building a reputation in more than 65 schools and recreation departments.
