She is passionate about sharing her love of fitness and mindfulness with others. With an in-depth knowledge of running, yoga, and meditation, she also has Master’s in Special Education, allowing her to connect with a wide audience of runners, yogis and children. She fosters a community feeling to her classes where everyone has a place and will feel safe and supported. Whether you are new to yoga/meditation or a seasoned practitioner, you will leave Courtney’s classes feeling supported and with something new to practice or think about both on and off the mat.
 
6:45 PM - 7:45 PM    Vinyasa Flow Yoga - All Levels - Vinyasa Flow Yoga - All Levels (Session 1)
Move with intention and breathe with purpose in this creative, dynamic Vinyasa Flow class. Designed for all experience levels, this invigorating practice links breath and movement through thoughtfully sequenced postures that promote flexibility, build strength, and cultivate balance—both physically and mentally. Each session begins with grounding breathwork and gradually builds heat through flowing sequences, encouraging students to move in sync with their own rhythm. Expect a full-body experience that energizes, restores, and deepens your connection to self. Whether you're new to yoga or an experienced practitioner, this class offers the space to challenge yourself, reset your focus, and find your personal state of flow. All levels welcome. Slow down, breathe deeply, and reconnect with your body in this calming, restorative yoga class. Designed to reduce stress and promote a deep sense of well-being, this gentle practice guides students through a mindful sequence of poses that emphasize breath awareness, body alignment, and intentional movement. Each session begins with grounding breath work, followed by slow, accessible postures that gently open the body, and concludes with an extended savasana—allowing time for complete rest and integration. This class is ideal for all levels and especially beneficial for those seeking stress relief, increased mindfulness, and inner calm.  Feel free to bring your own blocks and/or bolster to add to your comfort and support as you practice the yoga poses Perfect for: All experience levelsPlease bring a yoga mat and water bottle to class. Yoga blocks are optional but helpful to new students.  Students of all levels are welcome. Blend the mindfulness of yoga with the strength-building benefits of resistance training in this energizing Yoga Sculpt class. Designed for all fitness levels, this class combines traditional yoga poses with light weights and high-rep movements to build strength, improve flexibility, and boost endurance. Each session includes breathwork, dynamic movement, and a restorative cool-down, leaving you feeling strong, centered, and refreshed. Modifications will be offered to support all abilities. Bring a yoga mat, water bottle, and light hand weights (3–5 lbs recommended).Instructor: Sonal Mazumder, Dancilla YogafusionAbout our Instructor:  Sonal has been teaching Indian dance, yoga, women's fitness, and Bollywood dance fitness to adults in her own studio for 14 years.  She recently moved to Chelmsford from the Washington, DC area for her full time role as a medical scientist.  Sonal is passionate about empowering clients to achieve their health and fitness goals through a holistic approach and a healthier, stronger, more balanced life all while having fun and enjoying the journey to your best self.
