East Made Easy: Indonesian Cuisine NEW!

Join Ina for a fun and welcoming cooking class inspired by the bold, comforting flavors of West Java, Indonesia. In this hands-on course, you’ll learn how to make easy, crowd-pleasing favorites like rich beef rendang, cozy Sayur Lodeh, and classic fried dishes like nasi goreng . We’ll finish with a light and refreshing coconut yogurt ice cream.

This is a relaxed, group-style class—perfect for beginners or anyone who loves to cook and share good food. By the end, you’ll feel confident making these dishes at home and ready to impress your family and friends at your next fall gathering or game night.
Come cook, taste, and enjoy something new together!

About our Instructor:
Rina Saptaria, also known as “Ina” to her friends and family, was born and raised in Indonesia, a beautiful country in Southeast Asia with towering mountains, vast lakes, and extensive river systems. It was there that Ina first discovered her love of cooking and especially preparing the cuisine native to her country.  It is her passion to share recipes from the East and show the community that you can make these elaborate dishes simply with ingredients sourced from your own local grocery store.
