Art Adventures (K-2)
Art Adventurers Session 1: Drawing
Have fun exploring the joys of drawing and creating art. Kids will learn to draw with lines, shapes, colors, patterns, and textures. Each week introduces a new theme – from animals and characters to nature and storytelling – every theme will allow them to create their own mini works of art. Children will experiment with tools including pencils, crayons, markers, and paint pens. This class will be a supportive space where children will be encouraged to use their curiosity, imagination, and creativity.
Art Adventurers Session 2: Painting
In this colorful, hands-on painting class, young artists explore watercolor, tempera, and washable acrylics while learning important early art skills. Every week, we’ll learn simple, age-friendly techniques such as mixing colors, making texture with paint, and using shapes to build animals, landscapes, and magical scenes. While diving into projects, children will strengthen their fine-motor control and their ability to make creative choices.
