About our Instructor: Shital, an enthusiastic home cook, was raised vegan and has continued that tradition in her own family, incorporating healthy twists to create nutrionally-dense recipes with a complex flavor profile based on traditional Indian dishes. Her goal is to help people increase their protein intake and offer tips & tricks to make the cooking process more efficient. She has taught and prepared these protein rich meals for larger groups in her community as well as for her own family.
