Blend the mindfulness of yoga with the strength-building benefits of resistance training in this energizing Yoga Sculpt class. Designed for all fitness levels, this class combines traditional yoga poses with light weights and high-rep movements to build strength, improve flexibility, and boost endurance.
Each session includes breathwork, dynamic movement, and a restorative cool-down, leaving you feeling strong, centered, and refreshed. Modifications will be offered to support all abilities.
Bring a yoga mat, water bottle, and light hand weights (3–5 lbs recommended).

About our Instructor: Sonal has been teaching Indian dance, yoga, women's fitness, and Bollywood dance fitness to adults in her own studio for 14 years. She recently moved to Chelmsford from the Washington, DC area for her full time role as a medical scientist. Sonal is passionate about empowering clients to achieve their health and fitness goals through a holistic approach and a healthier, stronger, more balanced life all while having fun and enjoying the journey to your best self.
