Spring is finally here, and the Farmer’s Markets are bursting with fresh ingredients! In this class, we’ll turn the season’s best produce into delicious dishes, starting with a hearty soup of local greens, new potatoes, and fresh herbs. Next, we’ll bake a French asparagus tart, followed by an Italian-inspired spinach and pea dish in a creamy salmon sauce. To finish, we’ll enjoy a classic strawberry rhubarb crisp, the perfect taste of spring!
NOTE: This class is a high-demand class. If spaces are full, remember to add yourself to the waitlist. If there is enough interest, a second class will be opened up.
