Discover the sweet side of Southern Italy! In this hands-on class, you’ll learn how simple and delicious traditional Italian cookies can be. We’ll make an irresistible Pistachio Cookie, the beloved “S” Cookies with sprinkles you’ll find in Italian bakeries, Mama Anna’s Puglian Cookies, a tender, sugar-biscuit style treat, and Cannoli Cookies dotted with chocolate. You’ll go home with a box full of homemade cookies and a collection of new favorite recipes to bake again and again.
