Childcare will be held at the CommEd Building at 170 Dalton Road, Chelmsford MA 01824. We will be open from 7:00am-6:00pm.
This program is only for children who are enrolled in the Extended Day Program. Any other registrations will be removed.
Registration for the November 4th PD Day opens 10/21/25 at 10:00am.
During Vacation/the Full PD Day, we will be rotating through stations in groups by age. Inside will be the option for games and activities to play, along with our Art projects. We will be outside enjoying the playground weather permitting, or we will use the Gym if needed playing our favorite gym games. Please see daily themes below for lists of activities.
If your child has an Epi Pen or an Inhaler that they bring to Extended Day, it is the family's responsibility to transfer the medication from their Extended Day site, or home, to the CommEd Building. Your child must have their medication in order to attend, and cannot stay in the program without their medication.
Please send your child with a lunch from home. Morning and afternoon snack will be provided.
November 4th PD Day: Today will be all about Fall! We will be making corn bead crafts, going on a leave scavenger hunt, creating pumpkin string art, acorn collages and more! Weather permitting, we will be outside enjoying the crisp fall weather, so please make sure to pack a coat depending on the temperature!
