The Heartsaver First Aid, CPR, and AED course offers high-quality training in essential lifesaving skills. Designed to prepare students to respond confidently during emergencies, it covers first aid, CPR, and the use of an AED, whether at home, work, or in the community.
In this course, students will learn how to assess scene safety, call for help, and perform CPR on adults, children, and infants. Additionally, they will gain skills to managing choking, use an AED, control bleeding, and administer an EpiPen.
All students will receive printed certification cards valid for 2 years.

About Our Instructor:
Armen Jeknavorian is a nationally and state registered paramedic with over 25 years of experience working in Emergency Medical Services (EMS), leading 911 response and managing high acuity emergencies. He is an American Heart Association (AHA) certified instructor who teaches Basic Life Support, Advanced Cardiac Life Support, and Pediatric Advanced Life Support to peers and other medical professionals. Armen has also taught First Aid and CPR to lay rescuers since 2012, as well as Child and Babysitting Safety courses to middle school students.
Outside of work, Armen is a father of three children who enjoys spending time with his family, including making breakfast, going on picnics, taking trips to New Hampshire and Maine, baseball games, dance classes, fishing trips, and backyard games and barbecues.
