Join artist and sculptor Ryan Kelley for a hands-on, two-hour class where you'll learn to craft a unique wire tree in the style of your choice, rooted on a rock you bring. Ryan will guide you through techniques for shaping, twisting, and designing your tree, whether it’s windswept, weeping, or whimsical.
All tools and wire provided, just please bring one rock about the size of an adult fist. No experience necessary, just your creativity! Leave with a finished piece of art and a new skill in wire sculpture!

About our Instructor:
Artist and sculptor Ryan Kelley creatively transforms wire, wood, metal and stone into unique pieces of art. Ryan is an experienced creative driving change in the artistic community around him with hundreds of creations and commissioned pieces to his name.
A self-taught artist, Ryan began creating art during free time in high school. His works quickly changed from small gifts for friends and family to beautiful pieces of art for clients and customers. Ryan has received numerous awards for Best Work in Sculpture at associations across the state, and exhibits his work in multiple galleries in other states.
Organizations that Kelley is involved with include the Newburyport Art Association, The Greater Newburyport Chamber of Commerce, and the New England Sculptors Association.
