It is enjoyed in Greece and many Middle Eastern countries. Come to this one-night class and learn to make this delicious dessert in the authentic way along with some other traditional Greek sides.

About Our Instructor:
Martha Coravos was a teacher for many years until she decided to follow a long-time passion and was accepted to law school at age 34. Martha's law career saw her as a courtroom clerk and a prosecutor for a great majority of her career. She was also an adjunct professor at Middlesex Community College and Southern New Hampshire University. After retiring in 2017, Martha put her energy into her interests including music, cribbage, and traditional Greek cooking. She is excited to share these skills with the community!
