Learn to make two delicious traditional Greek dishes. Moussaka is a main dish comprised of layers of eggplant, potatoes, and meat sauce, topped with bechamel sauce and baked to a golden brown. Kourambeithes are powdered sugar cookies that are wonderful treats your family and friends will enjoy.

About Our Instructor:
Martha Coravos was a teacher for many years until she decided to follow a long-time passion and was accepted to law school at age 34. Martha's law career saw her as a courtroom clerk and a prosecutor for a great majority of her career. She was also an adjunct professor at Middlesex Community College and Southern New Hampshire University. After retiring in 2017, Martha put her energy into her interests including music, cribbage, and traditional Greek cooking. She is excited to share these skills with the community!
