Learn to make Pastitsio, the Greek version of lasagna, which consists of two layers of pasta mixed with eggs and Greek cheese and one layer of tomato meat sauce. Koulourakia are a traditional Greek butter-based pastry dessert that is hand shaped and glazed with egg.

About Our Instructor:
Martha Coravos was a teacher for many years until she decided to follow a long-time passion and was accepted to law school at age 34. Martha's law career saw her as a courtroom clerk and a prosecutor for a great majority of her career. She was also an adjunct professor at Middlesex Community College and Southern New Hampshire University. After retiring in 2017, Martha put her energy into her interests including music, cribbage, and traditional Greek cooking. She is excited to share these skills with the community!
