Unleash your creativity and bring your imagination to life! In this fun, hands-on drawing class, young artists will explore the world of visual storytelling through color, shape, and line. Each week, students will dive into exciting themes from fantastical creatures and dream worlds to favorite characters and everyday adventures.
Through guided lessons and creative challenges, kids will learn drawing techniques such as sketching, shading, and composition while discovering their own unique artistic style. No experience is needed, just a curious mind and a willingness to experiment!
By the end of the 5 weeks, each student will have a personal collection of imaginative artwork and a boost in confidence to keep creating long after the class ends.
We’ll be using an array of different tools such as, pencils, markers, gel pens, crayons and more to create. There is a $25 supply fee will be paid to the instructor at the beginning of class for all of the supplies needed.

About Our Instructor:
Jalix Delacruz is a Lowell based artist. She has been practicing professionally for 6 years all over the US. Jalix loves painting murals and canvases of people who reflect her community through bright colors and expressions. She has painted and assisted on some amazing murals in Lowell, Colorado Springs and Atlanta. Jalix has held her own interactive solo shows over the years to give viewers a chance to explore themselves through art. She is a part of the Brush Art Gallery & Studio collective, where you can visit her and view some of the pieces she is currently working on.
