In this one-night class, you will learn how to make two delicious Greek pastries in the authentic way. Koulourakia (sesame butter cookies) and Kourambeithes (powdered sugar cookies) are wonderful treat your family and friends will enjoy. This class is a hands-on student participation class. All materials will be provided.

About Our Instructor:
Martha Coravos was a teacher for many years until she decided to follow a long-time passion and was accepted to law school at age 34. Martha's law career saw her as a courtroom clerk and a prosecutor for a great majority of her career. She was also an adjunct professor at Middlesex Community College and Southern New Hampshire University. After retiring in 2017, Martha put her energy into her interests including music, cribbage, and traditional Greek cooking. She is excited to share these skills with the community!
