Social Media Analytics
Description:
Expand your skills as you learn the basics to discuss social media analytics from Facebook,
Instagram and YouTube. This critical skill is a must for anyone of all ages, whether you’re an employee, small business owner, volunteer, etc.! You will learn a step-by-step process so that you can get started today and confidently present and discuss how a post performed on social media.

Benefits to the Student:
Students will expand their marketable skills, improve their confidence at work and add value to their organization after learning how to present social media analytics with confidence! We'll eliminate the overwhelm and frustration by creating an easy game plan to present social media results from posts and campaigns. Typically these trainings are quite expensive, but through community education we are bringing these valuable skills to everyone!

Instructor:  Nickie Welsh, Social Club Simple

About our Instructor:  Nickie Welsh started her journey by helping family members with questions on how to use social media.  This sparked her passion to help more people and she soon found herself volunteering at a local senior center.  Social media has the power to connect and positive benefits are often felt by seniors who are unable to drive or may have family members and friends who live far away.  Social Club Simple’s mission is to make social media easy to understand and use to help people stay connected to loved ones and enhance the lives of others.  Nickie’s educational background includes a B.A. in Communication Studies from Iowa State University, Toastmasters International, and continuous professional development to stay technologically current.
