Dementia Care
Dementia care programs are designed to support both the caregiver and the senior who is effected by dementia.

In, Forms and Stages of Dementia, learn about the most common forms of dementia and how the disease may progress over time.  Get a better understanding of what dementia is, the most common types, signs/symptoms, and its progression.

About our Instructor:  Olivia Evans, owner of Purple Hydrangea Dementia Care Consultation and Support, is a Certified Dementia Practitioner (CDP) and Certified Montessori Dementia Care Professional (CMDCP) and has worked with caregivers and those living with dementia since 2013.  Olivia finds a deep connection to those living with memory impairment and hopes to bring that same feeling to all caregivers.  She has experience in case management, staff education and training, support group facilitation, and memory care leadership.  Purple Hydrangea provides group education and individual coaching to better equip dementia caregivers with the tools that they need to feel supported, knowledgeable, and confident in their role.
