Restorative Yoga NEW!
This program is currently unavailable. Click here to view all of our current programs.
Restorative yoga is the practice of asanas (the physical positions during yoga), each held for longer than in conventional yoga as exercise classes, often with the support of props such as folded blankets, to relax the body, reduce stress, and often to prepare for pranayama or breath regulation.
Restorative yoga deeply relaxes the body, stills a busy mind, releases muscular tension, improves mobility, flexibility, and the capacity for healing and balancing. You will find a better balance of the nervous system, boosts the immune system, and helps to develop qualities of compassion and understanding toward others and self.
Please bring a yoga mat, blocks bolster, and a blanket. Students of all levels are welcome.
