Exploring Crystal Energy
Start your day using crystal energy to raise your energetic vibration.

This class will cover the following:

- Review the chakra basics and get to know the corresponding crystals
for each chakra.
- Align and balance your chakras using crystal energy.
- Learn simple meditation techniques that you can use at the
beginning and throughout your day.
- Set your intentions for the day to manifest positive experiences and
interactions as you go through your daily routines.

All participants will leave class with a small bag of crystals to continue your practice at home.

This will be a two-hour workshop with Instructor Michelle Grossman.

About Our Instructor:
Michelle is a Reiki Master teacher from the Usui tradition.  She teaches all levels of Reiki.  Michelle is a Spiritual-Intuitive Reader, Certified Angel Healing Practitioner, Life Coach, Mindful Educator/Coach, and Meditation Teacher.  She has been teaching personal development of the mind, body and spirit connection for the past ten years.  Michelle also holds her Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology and has been working with children and adults.  She also works in the education and healthcare fields.  She provides services to the Greater Boston area but will travel to provide services to others.
