Krav Fit
Two classes in one!  Learn reality based self defense and do drills that will help you lose weight, burn calories, and get in shape.  Get a full body workout with drills based on self defense tactics.

About our Instructor:
Aaron St. Louis, is a 9th Dan Black Belt in the Effective Level Fighting System and a 4th Dan Black Belt in Krav Maga.  A U.S. Air Force Veteran, who is also a personal trainer and fitness instructor, Aaron has over 30 years of martial arts and self-defense training.  He is extensively trained and a certified instructor in Close Quarter Combatives, Jeet Kune Do, Kali, Muay Thai, Boxing, RAT (Rapid Assault Tactics), Kenpo, Tae Kwon Do, Ground Survival. Aaron is CPR, First Aid, and AED certified.  Aaron was named the 2022 Self-Defense Instructor of the Year by the USA Martial Arts Hall of Fame.
