Teen Interview Skills
Think back to your first job interviews.  Did you know what to expect or say?  Interviewing can be a stressful experience for teens whether they are looking for their first job or going to their first college interview. Practice face-to-face conversations to boost interpersonal skills and reduce anxiety.  Learn important talking points and conversation starters to help you have successful interactions for any interview situation.

Communication is the most important key to leadership success. However research shows that in today’s age of social media, with a decrease of face-to-face conversations, interpersonal skills are on the decline. Social norms may have changed over time, but the basic rules of social protocol and manners have stayed the same. A person who has well refined social skills conveys confidence. This can create an appealing differentiator that sets himself or herself apart. At New England School of Protocol we aim to instill life skills, social consideration, and mutual respect as we believe that etiquette leads to civility in the home, school and society that we live in.

As many of you may have heard, a decision was made at the February 17, 2022 school committee meeting with regard to the use of masks in Chelmsford Public School buildings.

The Chelmsford Public Schools have accepted guidance that will no longer require masks as of Monday, February 28, 2022. We will support an individual's choice to wear a mask and will promote a culture of acceptance and respect in the school community for an individual's need (or choice) to continue to mask.

To help us keep our community safe, please remember that if you are experiencing any symptoms of Covid19, please review the latest guidelines from the CDC to assure you are safe to attend. If you have tested positive for Covid19, a mask MUST be worn in any school building on days 6-10 from the date of a positive test result.

If you have any questions, contact the Commed office and we will be happy to assist you. We can be reached at 978-251-5151 or via email at commed@chelmsford.k12.ma.us
