Yoga for All Levels

In Yoga for all levels, this 6-week class focuses on creating an encouraging space for students of varying abilities to enhance and modify postures to fit their practice and practice goals. Development of strength, flexibility, mental focus and stamina help to provide a full body workout to enhance balance and endurance both physically and mentally.  

Instructor: Kim Albert

Please bring a yoga mat, two yoga blocks, a soft thin blanket, a beach towel,  and a water bottle to class.

Mondays Session 1 (January 31 -March 14  *No class on February 21st)
Wednesdays Session 1 (February 2 - March 16  *No class on February 23rd)
Combined Session 1 (January 31 - March 16  *No class Feb 21st or 23rd)

Mondays Session 2 (March 28 - May 16   *No class April 18th or 20th)
Wednesdays Session 2 (March 30 - May 18  *No class April 25th or 27th)
Combined Session 2 (March 28 - May 18  *No class April 18th, 20th, 25th, or 27th)

As many of you may have heard, a decision was made at the February 17, 2022 school committee meeting with regard to the use of masks in Chelmsford Public School buildings.  

The Chelmsford Public Schools have accepted guidance that will no longer require masks as of Monday, February 28, 2022.  We will support an individual's choice to wear a mask and will promote a culture of acceptance and respect in the school community for an individual's need (or choice) to continue to mask.  

To help us keep our community safe, please remember that if you are experiencing any symptoms of Covid19, please review the latest guidelines from the CDC to assure you are safe to attend.  If you have tested positive for Covid19, a mask MUST be worn in any school building on days 6-10 from the date of a positive test result.

About our Instructor:

Kim Albert completed teacher trainings in both the Hindu and Tibetan yoga traditions, over  400 hours of study in total.  She brings a unique breadth of knowledge to her classes, offering an enriching experience to those new to yoga as well as long-time practitioners.  Her witty, fun, and free-spirited personality sets the tone for her students to relax and just be themselves.
