Passport to Spain

Join instructor Ashley Frankian for a fun-filled week of all things Spanish!  This class, for kids in grades 3-5, is a comprehensive and immersive introduction to the language through interactive games, arts & crafts, music, and story time.
During this week your child will explore:

- Greetings and introduction words
- Alphabet (sounds and letters)
- Verbs
- Days of the week
- Colors
- Parts of the face
- Food and drinks
- Feelings/adjectives
- Animals
- Clothing
- Professions
- Transportation
- and much more!




About Our Instructor:
Ashley Frankian holds a Bachelor of Science in Communication Disorders - Speech/language Pathology and a minor in Spanish from Worcester State College and is currently completing her Master's degree in the field of Special Education for students with Moderate Needs, along with obtaining her MA DESE Provisional License.  In addition, she is a licensed Speech/Language Pathology Assistant in Massachusetts.  She majored in Spanish at the University of Salamanca in Spain where she became fluent in the language.  Ashley has a solid background of providing special education and related services such as, teaching ESL students, Communication Disorders, Social Skills and Spanish Classes, for the past 15 years to elementary aged students, and adults.  She is currently an Adjunct Instructor at Quinsigamond Community College.
