Mardi Gras
Since you can’t get to New Orleans for Mardi Gras, bring the celebration to your own kitchen and enjoy the party! In this fun, hands-on cooking class, you’ll create the famous dishes that make Louisiana cuisine so unforgettable. The menu includes Jambalaya with Chicken, Seafood, and Andouille Sausage, Shrimp Étouffée, and Chicken Gumbo, all finished with a classic New Orleans Bread Pudding with Sauce. Raise a toast to this special holiday and take home recipes you’ll want to make all year long!

NOTE:  This class is a high-demand class.  If spaces are full, remember to add yourself to the waitlist.  If there is enough interest, a second class will be opened up.
