Thinking of trying yoga in the new year but don't know where to start?  Maybe you tried a class and you are overwhelmed with the terms, poses, alignment, and breath?  Yoga for Beginners is for you!  This six-week class breaks down some of the yoga basics so you can enter any yoga class feeling confident and connected.  Class size is kept small and held online.  Please feel free to ask questions as we work together.  

PLEASE NOTE:  YOU WILL BE "WAITLISTED" FOR THIS CLASS AT TIME OF REGISTRATION AND WILL NOT BE CHARGED UNTIL THE MINIMUM NUMBER OF REGISTRANTS REQUIRED HAS BEEN REACHED.  WHEN THAT MINIMUM HAS BEEN SATISFIED, YOU WILL BE MOVED FROM THE WAITLIST AND AN INVOICE FOR PAYMENT WILL BE EMAILED TO YOU.  AFTER PAYMENT HAS BEEN MADE, YOU WILL RECEIVE AN ADDITIONAL EMAIL WITH LOGIN INFORMATION TO JOIN THE CLASS.

Instructor: Valerie Kacian

About our Instructor:
Valerie Kacian has been a yoga practitioner for 20 years and has been teaching yoga for 3 years.  With extensive study of alignment biomechanics, and yoga philosophy, she provides a class packed with information in a fun, warm setting.  She is excited to share her love of yoga with you.  All are welcome!

Materials needed:  A yoga mat, blanket, two blocks or books free hand weights (2-8 lb.), bottled water.
