Get a mid-day refresh with 30 minutes of chair Qigong! Qigong is a centuries old practice of coordinating body posture and movement, breathing, and meditation used for the purposes of health and spirituality. Enjoy easy flow movements and breathing to calm your mind and boost your energy. All you need is a chair, comfortable clothing, and room to stretch your hands out in all directions.
PLEASE NOTE: YOU WILL BE "WAITLISTED" FOR THIS CLASS AT TIME OF REGISTRATION AND WILL NOT BE CHARGED UNTIL THE MINIMUM NUMBER OF REGISTRANTS REQUIRED HAS BEEN REACHED. WHEN THAT MINIMUM HAS BEEN SATISFIED, YOU WILL BE MOVED FROM THE WAITLIST AND AN INVOICE FOR PAYMENT WILL BE EMAILED TO YOU. AFTER PAYMENT HAS BEEN MADE, YOU WILL RECEIVE AN ADDITIONAL EMAIL WITH LOGIN INFORMATION TO JOIN THE CLASS.

About our Instructor:
Martha Oesch has over twenty-five years experience in adult basic education, workforce development, program design and development, curriculum design and development, policy planning, and capacity building and professional development. As a consultant, she works with non-profit organizations on the design and implementation of integrated employment and training programs, develops contextualized curriculum, and facilitates capacity building through trainings and peer learning networks for practitioners. She has been practicing and teaching the art of Qigong for many years and is excited to bring this ancient art form to our community.
