Prenatal Yoga
Enjoy a slow flow yoga practice that allows for time to create space in the mind and body.  Connect with your baby, create stability, and find balance.  This class is designed for both those new to yoga and for regular yoga practitioners.  You will learn how to incorporate prenatal yoga variations into your regular yoga practice as well as your day-to-day life in an encouraging, supportive environment.  Wherever you are in your pregnancy journey, there is a place for you here.  

PLEASE NOTE:  YOU WILL BE "WAITLISTED" FOR THIS CLASS AT TIME OF REGISTRATION AND WILL NOT BE CHARGED UNTIL THE MINIMUM NUMBER OF REGISTRANTS REQUIRED HAS BEEN REACHED.  WHEN THAT MINIMUM HAS BEEN SATISFIED, YOU WILL BE MOVED FROM THE WAITLIST AND AN INVOICE FOR PAYMENT WILL BE EMAILED TO YOU.  AFTER PAYMENT HAS BEEN MADE, YOU WILL RECEIVE AN ADDITIONAL EMAIL WITH LOGIN INFORMATION TO JOIN THE CLASS.

Instructor: Valerie Kacian

About our Instructor:
Valerie Kacian is the mother of three and has been practicing yoga since 2001.  She has received advanced prenatal training through Om Births at Down Under School of Yoga with additional training in yoga bio-mechanics and pelvic health.  Her work focuses on women's health, pelvic health, and family wellness.


Materials needed:  A yoga mat, blanket, two blocks, and bottled water.
