Bollywood dancing is one of the most versatile styles combining dance styles from India and around the world to create its own unique technique. This high intensity class is open to all levels of ability who want to learn to dance, de-stress, have fun and burn calories.
Please remember to wear comfortable clothing, sneakers and bring a water bottle.
Covid Mask Update: As many of you may have heard, a decision was made at the February 17, 2022 school committee meeting with regard to the use of masks in Chelmsford Public School buildings.
The Chelmsford Public Schools have accepted guidance that will no longer require masks as of Monday, February 28, 2022. We will support an individual's choice to wear a mask and will promote a culture of acceptance and respect in the school community for an individual's need (or choice) to continue to mask.
To help us keep our community safe, please remember that if you are experiencing any symptoms of Covid19, please review the latest guidelines from the CDC to assure you are safe to attend. If you have tested positive for Covid19, a mask MUST be worn in any school building on days 6-10 from the date of a positive test result.

About Our Instructor:
Born and raised in India, Jenish has been studying dance since she was 5 years old, most recently performing a traditional Indian dance called Bharatnatyam for the past 5 years. She has been a dance instructor and choreographer for many years, most recently teaching for IAB, Indian Americans for Burlington where her team won 1st place at the Fogana National Folk Performing Arts Semi-Final Competition in New Jersey, and 2nd place at the final competition in Boston. Jenish also choreographs for weddings and other formal functions. Jenish's goal is to make this high energy cardio class full of exercise, music and fun. She is hoping to share her passion for dance with all of you!
