Have you heard of the many health benefits of bone broth?  It has been shown to boost immunity, decrease inflammation, and improve gut health.  Learn how to make bone broth with nutritionist Megan Curran of Farm Fresh Nutrition.  During this class you will learn the nutritional benefits of consuming bone broth and other health power houses.  You will also assemble your own mason jar soup to take home.  Includes the cost of food and supplies.  Instructor:  Megan Curran

About Our Instructor:
Recently returning to the workforce after raising a family, Megan has an Associate of Science degree in Physical Therapy from Endicott College and a Bachelor's degree in Nutritional Sciences from Merrimack College.  Passionate, dedicated, and hard-working, Megan is currently a Nutritional Educator at The Maker Farm in Westford.  Megan is motivated by the desire to help improve the health of others and is skilled in educating clients regarding proper nutrition, goal setting, and family meal planning.
