Healthy Cooking For Kids!

If your teen loves to cook or would like to learn how to prepare yummy, healthy farm to table snacks and meals, they should join nutritionist Megan Curran for cooking class!  Students will learn how to read food labels, identify hidden sugars, and prepare nutrient rich, delicious snacks and meals.  Learning to cook at a young age can create healthy habits that will last a liftetime!  This class includes the cost of food and materials.  Instructor:  Megan Curran

PLEASE NOTE:  YOU WILL BE "WAITLISTED" FOR THIS CLASS AT TIME OF REGISTRATION AND WILL NOT BE CHARGED UNTIL THE MINIMUM NUMBER OF REGISTRANTS REQUIRED HAS BEEN REACHED.  WHEN THAT MINIMUM HAS BEEN SATISFIED, YOU WILL BE MOVED FROM THE WAITLIST AND AN INVOICE FOR PAYMENT WILL BE EMAILED TO YOU.  AFTER PAYMENT HAS BEEN MADE, YOU WILL RECEIVE AN ADDITIONAL EMAIL WITH LOGIN INFORMATION TO JOIN THE CLASS.

About Our Instructor:
Recently returning to the workforce after raising a family, Megan has an Associate of Science degree in Physical Therapy from Endicott College and a Bachelor's degree in Nutritional Sciences from Merrimack College.  Passionate, dedicated, and hard-working, Megan is currently a Nutritional Educator at The Maker Farm in Westford.  Megan is motivated by the desire to help improve the health of others and is skilled in educating clients regarding proper nutrition, goal setting, and family meal planning.
