If you are a man with a waist bigger than 40 inches or a woman with a waist bigger than 34.5 inches, you are probably insulin resistant and, for you, losing weight is almost impossible. If somehow you do lose weight, it is almost impossible to keep it off. Insulin resistance is the primary cause of the American obesity epidemic. It is also the primary cause of Type II diabetes, cholesterol, blood pressure and heart attacks. This program explains exactly what insulin resistance is and how to turn it around in three to four weeks. Once this is done, weight peels off and will stay off. As many of you may have heard, a decision was made at the February 17, 2022 school committee meeting with regard to the use of masks in Chelmsford Public School buildings.
The Chelmsford Public Schools have accepted guidance that will no longer require masks as of Monday, February 28, 2022. We will support an individual's choice to wear a mask and will promote a culture of acceptance and respect in the school community for an individual's need (or choice) to continue to mask.
To help us keep our community safe, please remember that if you are experiencing any symptoms of Covid19, please review the latest guidelines from the CDC to assure you are safe to attend. If you have tested positive for Covid19, a mask MUST be worn in any school building on days 6-10 from the date of a positive test result.

Dr. Gerard Cassista is a practicing chiropractor and has been in practice for over 25 years. He is a former instructor of radiation physics at Palmer College. Dr. Cassista runs a leading-edge chiropractic office, which takes spinal reconstruction to new levels. He is a keynote speaker throughout the country on a number of health related topics.
