Knitting

This program is currently unavailable. Click here to view all of our current programs.

Begin to learn how to cast on, knit, purl, and cast off while knitting a small class project of a small coin purse.

Do you know how to knit but would like to tackle a more challenging project or learn a new knitting skill? Continuing knitters should bring their own projects and receive help from the teacher.

Beginners should bring a light-colored, worsted weight yarn (worsted number 4), and U.S. size 6, 7, or 8 knitting needles.
