In this workshop you will create 3 beautiful decoupage scallop shells that can be used as trinket dishes, hung as art or as an ornament. Choose from a wide variety of themes and prints to make your design. This simple 4-step process is fun and easy to do. Great for yourself, or to give as a gift. Heat guns will be used to speed the drying process.
